Regarding the state of emergency that the Japanese government declared, we have been working to fulfill our mission as part of Japan’s social infrastructure.

However, given that it will take a long time for this situation to be resolved, we believe that we should remain vigilant even after the restrictions have been relaxed.

In view of the above-mentioned situation, the GIAJ set our Basic Policy for Coronavirus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) Control. Our member companies, in line with the policy, will follow requirements from the government and make every possible effort to prevent further spread of the infection. We will remain focused on protecting the health and safety of policyholders, business partners, and other stakeholders and make every possible effort to continue serving our customers.
