We wish to express our deep condolences to the victims and extend our sincerest sympathies to all who have been affected by Coronavirus Disease 2019 (Covid-19).

Yesterday, the Japanese government declared a state of emergency. Citizens residing in areas where the Covid-19 virus outbreak has been rapidly expanding, including Tokyo, Saitama, Chiba, Kanagawa, Osaka, Hyogo, and Fukuoka, are requested to stay at home.

During these difficult times we will remain focused on protecting the health and safety of policyholders, business partners, and other stakeholders through every possible effort including business contraction.

We are committed to conducting non-face-to-face underwriting and claim payment operations, and will make every possible effort to fulfill our mission as part of Japan’s social infrastructure.

We would highly appreciate your continued understanding and cooperation.
